New Development in Marine Industry Technology Can Withstand High Temperature Applications

Houston, Texas - (Marketwire) August 9, 2010 – GENERON® IGS, an affiliate of Innovative Gas Systems, a leader in the design and fabrication of Nitrogen Generators to the Marine Industry for over 30 years is introducing its new ULTRA FLOW MARINE SYSTEM.

The Ultra Flow Nitrogen Generator System utilizes its newest generation of patented Nitrogen Membrane technology in conjunction with its Hollow Fiber Dehydration Membranes technology.

The unique way these technologies have been integrated has resulted in a product that reduces the foot print required for a typical Nitrogen Generator by 25% with the ability to operating in very high temperature applications.

Additionally the utilization of the Dehydration Membranes in the process design eliminates the need for process heaters. This greatly reduces the complexity and operational issues with the current nitrogen generators. Without the need for process heaters the power requirements is reduced to only control voltages needed for the PLC.

High Temperature Applications – up to 1500 F (650 C)

Nitrogen Dew Points - -70° F (-57° C)
Operating Pressures – 6.5 Barg to 14 Barg
